Monday Morning Mugs: Mr Teacup
I have definitely found a new favourite mug.
I always think the best way to start a Monday is with a cup of something hot and caffeinated to get you through the shock of the start of yet another working week. It's even better if the vessel for said pickmeup-drink is amusing, or relevant, or something better than the chipped, stained thing that the last person to have your job left behind in a desk drawer.
Luckily, I've just stumbled upon Mr. Teacup on Etsy - a shop run by Joanne Eubank, who says she finds inspiration from 'tea, literature and moustaches.' Three of the best things.
The 'I like big books and I cannot lie' mug picture above is definitely my favourite of the range. It's just... perfect. And will definitely make me feel more confident in my epic book geekery. It's £17.18.
A geekery of a different sort is fulfilled in this 'Bow ties are cool' mug. It will help me get through my grief at the end of the 11th doctor. This one comes in at £19.15.
And then there's this - the good old-fashioned ridiculousness of making Lionel Richie songs into tea-related puns. It's £17.18, and she also does a matching teapot!
What's your favourite from the range?
